Walk down Royate Hill B4469 and pass underneath the viaduct

follow Royate Hill under the viaduct and turn left into Clay Bottom then take an immediate left onto Wainbrook Drive. Keep walking to the bottom past the car parking spaces
At the bottom of Wainbrook Drive you will see a red brick tunnel under the viaduct. Pass through 2 sets of metal gates
